Returns & Cancellations

1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before it has shipped, we will provide a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.
2. Returns
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within five (5) days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund.
- Unopened Bottles: Unopened bottles of wine may be returned within five (5) days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Please contact us at returns@oceancitywinery.com for a return authorization prior to shipping the product back.
- Opened Bottles: Opened bottles of wine cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Processing time for refunds may vary.
